Weaver could have cut the barrel to 18.5" and then either the CI or the BATF could have lopped 3/4 of an inch off. We'll never know. Weaver was never tried for it. |

I am in the process of building another upper. Guess which rail and sight I won't be using?
I know I'm a small customer, I do about 1 rifle a year. But that is 1 rifle that won't have Troy stuff. I like their gear, but I wouldn't put a Troy sight on my rifle if it was free. |

Those with actual operational experience called them on it, saying even those wearing a uniform could tell how wrong it was. Tory's responses have been full of double talk and things left unsaid - they say that Mr. Monroe is teaching people how to not make such a horrible incident as Ruby Ridge happen again, but that is not reassuring. It could mean,"make sure that the agency never overreaches again," or it could mean "make sure your ducks are in a row and you keep these actions from becoming a PR nightmare." I wonder if they have landed an enduring and profitable training contract from their attempt to buy credibility. May their blood money become a curse. |

HS hired Lon Horiuchi, who is the HRT sniper who shot Vicki Weaver during Ruby Ridge. Troy now employs another HRT sniper who says this was a clean shoot and would've taken the shot had Horiuchi not. |

If that's their view on all this then I agree with you. Over time I'm sure all their products will disapper from my home. I'll make sure all my local stores and my gun club know about this too. Good gun owners are also constantly harassed and attacked and I sure won't support anyone or any business employing those attackers. Troy Industries, you guys should have been smarter than this and should have seen this coming. |

Then you got the moderator who’s only contribution to the net is sucking off Vickers until he got kicked to the curb on M4C. That esprit de corps can be good sometimes, but as we see often with law enforcement and the "some times there's justice, sometimes there's just us" crowd", that can end up contradicting the constitution and people they are sworn to protect. |

Does anybody know which "TV appearance" Troy is citing that Monroe was on? I'm watching the Discovery Times doc and it only talks about the sniper team, doesn't reference names or interview them. I'm curious to see his words there as well.
And also, since I have been going through this excellent documentary on events, I just want to point out one clip to see if anybody finds it "familiar"
