View Quote Rates are currently high and property values are just coming off their peak. It’s a gamble but I suspect rates will drop in the next 18 months or so. If you’re not in a hurry more saving for more down May be the smart play. But I’ve always zigged when I should have zagged on real estate so you’d probably be good to ignore my opinion. |

Neat, right? |

St Pady's day local gun club had two men looking to fight each other and shortly after there was a member vaping at the bar - which there are signs saying both are prohibited. (The bartenders aren't doing their job either, unlocked doors that night, that blew open.) So the police were dispatched in the AM. Law Enforcement brought up the fight to two trustees that were not there at that fight - One of the individuals called the popo earlier about the fight.
I told hubby if a complaint needed to be made gimme the damn form to do a formal complaint. I said the same thing to two other Trustees. I repetitively asked where it could be obtained and was given a bunch of BS. Finally yesterday after the meeting, I ask the bartender for the complaint form. It took him looking about 5-10 minutes and asking another bartender where it was, in the back closet on one of the higher shelves. I filled out the form , having finally obtained it. Then I get told its too late, has already been handled. (It wasn't addressed, because no one put up a formal complaint.) Needless to say, screw it. The club has lost one of the few members who actually helped and did stuff around there. The prioritization goes to the people who can't hold their liquor. It's a bar, not a Rod and Gun Club. |
