Yep I have two cases of chaulk rounds which are for sale on several sites and are NOT considered explosives by the ATF.

Nope. Did it on a form 1. If you buy a complete M203 then you have to have it transferred as a silencer or an SBR kind of deal. If you buy just the M203 receiver then it is processed like a firearm. Then you can form one it and then get a barrel for it

I'm about to submit a form 1 for my Colt M203 receiver. It is tempting to put one on my M4gery, but then I'd have to move and rezero my PEQ2. It's going on my A2gery instead.

Love it! I had to build an m4gery sbr cause it's what I saw the whole time I was in. Mine is an lmt w/ RAS and eotech 552. I actually saw more m16 with 203s, on the boat, than I did m4s but whatever.
