84 is gross IQ and that number is likely too high.

Net IQ aka effective IQ is far lower than that number, in the Middle East. Believing in Islam lowers the net number into the mid 60's to low 70's.

The obviously profoundly mentally retarded actions in that part of the world are a consequence of the population being effectively profoundly mentally retarded.

Choosing to believe extremely low IQ things causes that population to behave in an extremely low IQ way.

In order for the results to be meaningful, all the subjects would have to be given the same test and it would have to be a non-verbal IQ test (one not based on language) and to control for cultural bias. A non-verbal test would have items like show them a photo of a design and then give them colored blocks to match it, etc.
