I'm likely one of the "blind ones."
If, and this is a big if, FBIAnon was legit, and If FBIAnon and like-minded individuals in their community decided to blow the lid, and If they were working with Assange and planning a major document dump, Then the bills could be a road map to finding the most critical pieces of information in the dump, released in advance to get people started. Something like giving an engine time to warm up or letting navigation instrument gyros orient and stabilize. Individuals working on the inside would be more likely to have the level of knowledge about the subjects. Some of those people also could be very skilled at clandestinely organizing things like simultaneous release of bills across the nation. Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but the "front" (with the faces) is of a much higher quality. Exceptionally good representation of an etching.
The "back" (with dragon) is done in the style of an illustrator. Very pen and ink with an almost prison art style. I would guess two different artists with the "front" being the original work (with possible intentions of a single sided viewing, like the big one that was found) and the back being added in haste to complete the project as the scope grew. |

I've read through the entire thread and can honestly say that I am waaaay out of my league with this stuff. However I've found it all very interesting and disturbing. I was browsing the Mr. Teeth facebook page and saw the video he posted of the "Beast Bill" under the dead (resting) bird. Anybody know what kind of bird it is, and if it has any significance?
