I'm trying to look at it from the prospective of who would this benefit and why. There is obviously the case for Viral Marketing, which I feel is limited due to some of the people "involved" on the bill, which restricts it more to alternative media. The second is somebody doing this just because they have the ability and want to mess with people, in which case a ton of time and effort went into it, and bravo for the effort. Another potential reason, was if you're going to dump information, and you wanted a certain kind of people to research through, this would basically be a breadcrumb trail to get them interested, so you know when you dump data the right people with the right pair of glasses are chomping at the bit for more. There are a lot of people with too much time on their hands, and if this election is representative of anything, it's the impact a couple of people with free time can have on impacting and driving the narrative. On a side note, the domain was created one week after the Hillary email archive was initially posted on wiki leaks. |

I remember a recruiting campaign a few years ago with a very complex puzzle. Wasn't that a CIA or NSA campaign to find people with a special skill set? Maybe this is something similar.
It took a lot of time and talent for whoever is behind it, probably a promotion for a movie or video game or something along those lines. |
