Yeah, Bigfoot was my favorite as a kid. Grave Digger became my favorite later on.

Saw one of the early Bigfoot monster trucks in Anaheim Stadium mud bogs back in 84. It was a good day to drink beer and watch rigs get stuck in the mud.

Can't beat the original. I remember seeing it on TV for the first time.

View Quote Oh god! I worked at Pizza Hut when that horrible thing was being sold. They were a PITA. They took forever to make, and tasted like shit. |

Though I posted a video of Free style, I always very much preferred the side by side "drag" racing of Monster trucks. Along the track there would be two or three sets of cars to crush. One of my favorite memories is watching it on TV with my dad. Or when I got really lucky and we watched it happen live once. Monster Trucks is one of those super American things, like Apple Pie, Baseball and such.

Somewhere, I have a pic of my little nephew standing in the rim of Bigfoot.
He's in his 40s now! |

Big foot is the best and grave digger is runner up. Many years ago I got to stop at the grave digger shop and saw a shit ton of grave digger trucks on the property and medusas truck in their shop. It was pretty cool. Seeing the tall tire Bigfoot here in Missouri is pretty cool too.

Quoted: Drove by the shop on lindbergh every day for quite a few years. Thought they moved out to Wentzville, but I think 67Firebird posted the other day that they were in Pacific. View Quote Yeah they are off I-44 in pacific now. I didn’t even know til I saw it one day. I used to see it in Lindbergh sometimes when I was up there. |
