Yep, another activist judge ordering the President of the United States to continue allowing an illegal executive order to remain in operation while the litigation is underway.

This could/will open the floodgates for tsunami of invaders from South of the Rio Grande, to be allowed to sign up for DACA protected status.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking. Sounds like an unconstitutional order. Is he going to have the President arrested if the President refuses to abdicate his responsibilities and discontinue an illegal process (Executive Order) that an out of control president (Obama) made? This judge needs impeachment proceedings brought against him.

Well from what I have read on the Constitution it states that the POTUS has all the rights for immigration even above Congress and that judges have to follow what the POTUS states. Unless I read the part about giving POTUS the say all end all on immigration wrong. Seems like the SCOTUS agreed with President Trump on his extreme vetting. Sorry it was not a muslim ban yet more vetting from certain countries.

Where does that judge live? Trump should move everyone impacted by DACA to that city and surround it with the army so no one leaves. They stay there until the issue is resolved. The city takes care of them.

I think thats playing into their hands.

Federal Judges can be impeached, but they have to be criminally investigated for something. Responding to one of these activist judges with a criminal investigation of them would be a bad move.

I think they are trying to get a response from trump such as becoming the subject of investigation due to their rulings so that the cronies in charge of those judges can try to bring an Abuse of Power charge and impeachment against Trump ala Joe Arpaio.

I would say that this is very likely.

Private citizens can investigate federal judges all they want though.

Someone dig dirt.
