There is no non-extrajudicial solution to judicial activist judges. That time has come and passed. Right now, we're just falling more slowly than at any time in the last eight years but the pavement, it is still there and it is going to be hard and messy when we finally hit the ground... which will happen right after the next election cycle and the leftists truly start the downward spiral again, in all earnest. Not an optimist.

I read another "breaking" news article today saying that the FBI knew of possible collusion between the Trump team and Russia. I love how they somehow made it a fact that there was collusion but put the word possible in there to protect themselves.

I don't want it as a law the liberals can change on a whim. I intentionally chose the document that's difficult to change and requires the consent of the state's. As part of the case, Alsup sought "broad and intrusive" information and documents including executive privileged stuff. It eventually landed at the Supreme Court who unanimously rejected the order.

Now, Alsup has rejected the motion to dismiss by DOJ and issued a prelim injunction ordering the administration to maintain DACA and and renew work permits for DACA recipient.

It's absolute nonsense.

Incorrect. Immigration policy is a plenary power of Congress. They write immigration law. Enforcement is the President’s plenary power. In this case, the judge is out of his lane by trying to force the president NOT to enforce the existing law.

The only plenary power of the judiciary is determining whether the laws congress has written comport with the constitution.

Thanks for the nice recap. Based upon this, Trump should say he will ignore it. Trump shouldn't say a word. That good for nothing Jeff Sessions should be the one saying this. I don't think this should go to the Supreme Court. It should have been dismissed with extreme prejudice.
