Quoted: We don't have a sustainable munitions stockpile or logistics backbone to support a war with a real country like Iran. Like it or not they are a real nation and we were too chickenshit to go after Pakistan after 9/11 because we were scared of them even though US troops kept killing terrorists with Paki government ID cards. Quoted: Didn't Biden go to Delaware for vacation this weekend? View Quote That FJB is actually returning to DC from his weekly beach trip, makes me think there may be substance to this latest Iran-Israel situation. Beyond a few nominal strikes from Iran, anyway. On the other hand, maybe his handlers told him to fly to DC for a few photo ops - and then he can return to Delaware for a few extra days of fun in the sun. A win - win. |

I would expect Israel to make a preemptive strike. He who delivers the first punch does the most damage.

OK...I'm not understanding how a couple dozen drones...like 5+ hours away...are going to penetrate air space that was shooting down 100% of inbound artilleries?
Unless these things have a nuclear payload, cant they just be shot down? Scramble some jets and have target practice....preferable over someone elses airspace? |

So is it a swarm or is it just 12 drones? 50-75 in first swarm. Not sure how many in the other swarms. |

Quoted: What was the justification for Israel attacking the Iranian embassy in Syria? View Quote That those killed were involved in the planning and facilitating of proxies that are actively attacking Israel. To include Oct 7th. Israel made it known that going after the octopus tentacles wasn't enough and that they would be targeting the head of the octopus. |

Quoted: Isn't it crazy that right before the last presidential election the entire world went insane in a way that overwhelmingly helped team Biden's election.... And now 4 years later on the verge of another election it looks like the whole world might go to war in a way that would help Biden's reelection. Quoted: So pretty much a nothing burger. Iran sends a few drones for appearance on the world stage... View Quote It is a saturation attack. I am betting that the drones will be quickly followed by cruise missiles, unguided rockets from all proxies, and ballistic missiles so that they all reach the target area about the same time in hopes of overwhelming air defenses and something, or a lot of things squeak through |

Quoted: Send In sacrificial drones to over whelm the air defenses, some cruise missiles, then hit Israel with ballistic missiles all coordinated. View Quote The Israelis won't use their ABMs (Arrow) to shoot down some drones and cruise missiles. It's overkill. They have other systems that are much more efficient and appropriate for that job. |

Sounds like a problem between Israel and Iran, NOT the United States. We need to stay out of it.
