Quoted: I’m in contact with an Atlanta PD Lt that says there is a walkout. I trust him with my life. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: I’m in contact with an Atlanta PD Lt that says there is a walkout. I trust him with my life. The current narrative: ATLANTA - The Atlanta Police Department says it is "experiencing a higher than usual number of call outs with the incoming shift" on Wednesday. The call outs follow the Fulton County District Attorney’s decision on charges against an ex-officer and current officer in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks. FOX 5 News received several tips that officers were walking off the job en masse, something Atlanta police were quick to correct. A spokesperson told FOX 5 a few officers have gone home, but the manpower has not been greatly impacted. The department stressed officers are still on patrol and their call sheets show officers are still answering calls at an acceptable level. |

Quoted: This country is so full of worthless fucks that contribute nothing to society. It's sick-a-tating. View Quote If all they did was not contribute, it wouldn't be so bad. When they take, demand, riot, tear down and cause a complete upheaval of society, that's when it really gets to be a problem. |

If anyone is in the Atlanta try scanning 155.475.
Here in Rural Ga it’s heavily used as a car to car channel for law enforcement. |

The Blue Flu spreads slowly at first.
Probationary rookies, supervisors, headquarters personnel, and detectives won't go at first. They have too much to lose. One shift starts it. The next shift has heard about it and more call in sick. The guys rolling in to work notice the absence of personal vehicles and some of them just keep going and head home. The ones that do show up don't do anything. By the third shift you've got a skeleton crew and the supervisors are trying to mobilize detectives and HQ house cats. By the second day no one shows up except supervisors. Now, you've got what you asked for you fucking buffoons. Let the mayor and the city council and the DA answer calls. |

I'm hearing walkout, too.
The officials aren't going to admit that publicly because it would be inviting bedlam. But bedlam is coming anyway. |

What is the normal shift duration for APD? 8s, 10s, 12s? If dayshift FTAs then it will be telling.

Quoted: Reading between the lines: "multiple officers from each zone had walked off the job were inaccurate" each zone being the keywords, a single zone having officers means they're technically not lying "higher than usual number of call outs with incoming shift" no shit "we have enough resources to maintain operations" they don't define operations or maintaining, so this means nothing "remain able to respond to incidents throughout the city" a single cop for a whole city technically fits this too, so again this means nothing View Quote You know they do not care if they lie to us enough to try using weasel words and obfuscation, right? They will just flat out say whatever they want. Any truth or nuance that slips out is unintended. |

Police scanner traffic in area 5 and 6 is dead. One thing I don’t understand is — unless dispatchers also called off — why don’t we at least hear the calls going out, even if officers are not available or refuse to respond? |
