How in the actual fuck does it take a week plus to count the votes, and they still claim election legitimacy?

Quoted: Exactly what do you think a razor thin majority of Republican reps can do with a commie dimwit in the WH and Chucky Schumer in charge of the senate again? Be specific. View Quote They could, and this is a big could, shitcan the J6 investigation. They won't of course. Maybe they'll curtail it, but I dunno. |

Thank God.
It seems that a lot of people don't understand what this actually means. Yes, it's a razor thin margin. Yes, there are RINOs that will cross the aisle in friendship and stab us in the back from time to time. That's a given. But what this really means is three things: 1) the Republicans will control what makes it to the floor and what does not, 2) they will control ALL committee chairmanships and control the agenda for every committee, and 3) they can launch investigations into anything that suits their fancy. And there will be lots of investigations. The MSM will be quite furiously trying to ignore them all over the next 2 years, but they won't be able to. And of course, they have the power of the purse. Nothing gets appropriated unless they say so. "But the RINOs will spend trillions!" you say. Well, now at least the Republicans will actually have some leverage in budget negotiations, where they previously were completely ignored. They will dictate the pace of spending. Will they still spend too much? Of course they will, they're still garbage human beings spending other peoples' money. But they will spend less than the Democrats would have, and at least some of the dumb shit will be cut. Sex change surgeries for Pakistani schoolboys will probably curtailed under a Republican House. This is a win. We needed it. |

With McCarthy as House Speaker, might as well be Pelosi in charge of the house. |

It only delays the inevitable a few years. Most of the GoP now are just time delayed Democrats. I've lost massive respect for Republicans this past year, they just don't fight, they're filled with RINOs and cowards and McConnell is a goddamn traitor.
So all in all this only means maybe Biden won't get to ban AR-15s this year or next like he's promised to do. Or maybe he still will, since the GoP is as toothless as Biden is clueless. |

Quoted: Is it better to have control of the house or senate? Or doesn’t it matter? View Quote Would be better to control the Senate as it controls appointments. So hope Alito and Thomas stay healthy. As far as the rest of the courts, I think most of the appointments have been filled already so it probably won't make too much of a difference. House can break an electoral tie if it comes down to that in 2024, and is the 2nd in line of succession for the President. Both of which are probably not going to happen. |

Quoted: I was right you can thank me Globalists lost this one they don't have full control to destroy your country for now. View Quote Globalists need republicans to win every once in a while: it is a release valve and prevents rebellion. If democrats won consistently, they would push too far too fast, and citizens would revolt violently. Allowing these useless cocksucking traitors in the GOP to win the House just ensures they will normalize all the open borders, green new deal, tranny story time, men in girls lockers, and other socialist policies now in effect. What we have been living for the past two years becomes the new normal, the new baseline, and where the dnc will pick up from in 2024. GOP won't rollback anything biden and obama and Soros DA's have done. |

View Quote @manchu39 Thank you. It's a hard truth for many, but these republican victories are false victories and actually hurt the country horribly in the long run. Without the aid of the GOPe, the Left would have instigated another revolution already. I feel like Skarsgard on that Andor show, saying yes, I am hoping for oppression, as oppression breeds rebellion. And rebellion is the only way to break this cycle we are in. |

View Quote @manchu39 Right back atcha. See ya on the other side. Quoted: You think what comes next will be better? View Quote No. What comes next... that'll be will be hell. And it is inevitable. What comes after will be better. History abounds with examples... there is no way out but through, and there is no way to vote our way out of this. The GOPe isn't magically going to become ethical, abide their oath of office, and retake lost ground. They have repeatedly ceded ground, surrendered and abandoned their ideological and policy positions, reneged on platform principles, and allowed the Left to steer the country further and further toward socialism and authoritarian control of the populace. And the GOPe won't allow actual conservatives and Constitutionalists gain office. They consistently sabotage those who won't play the game. I worked for a Senator in DC and experienced the corruption first hand. A handful of reps and senators have good intentions and try to do the right thing, for their entire term, and they burn out and elect not to run again after seeing the cess pool. The rest either start corrupt and end up corrupted. It is so hard watching the country be destroyed by the Left, but if they are allowed to execute their long game plan and take us slowly ever onward to socialism and or communism, acclimating the public to subservience each step of the way, everyone will suffer more and longer, effectively as serfs. |

Quoted: NC and OH are going to redraw their districts and remove their court imposed D gerrymanders since the GOP won control of the State Supreme Court in both States. That's GOP +7 right there. NC can easily get to 11-3 instead of the 7-7 split that they have now and Ohio can get to 12-3 instead of the 10-5 that is there now. The D gerrymandering was FAR more efficient than I thought it would be. It was just good enough in PA, OH, NV and NC to deprive the GOP of about 15 seats that they would have won otherwise. Nothing that we can do about PA or NV, but NC and OH can be fixed. Both of those were imposed by left-wing courts over the wishes of the State legislatures. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Senate is also slower to lose or take back since only 1/3 are up each cycle and many of them are in safe non competitive states. I'd much rather hold the senate then the house. House can be gained or lost next cycle easily. A solid majority in the senate would be harder to lose. I'd much rather control the appointments then budgets anyway.
