Somehow it's odd to be in the same position of the folks in Arizona where people from halfway across the country bitch about Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
If you don't hear the regular news cycle, and just get what the MSM chooses to spread to your area, you get a distorted view of what's actually going on. Sheriff Clarke has done a lot of good stuff for Milwaukee, gun rights, and conservatism in general. He has regularly backed lawful citizens defending themselves with firearms, and the NRA sure seems to like him a lot. People around here, do dislike them, if they are raging lunatic liberals that is. Go find interviews with him on Youtube and get back to me on all your complaints. Over the years "refused to sign off on NFA items" seems to get repeated a lot, but it's odd that there isn't some article somewhere of him saying he wouldn't do it. Are you SURE that it wasn't someone who, really shouldn't have NFA stuff bitching about not getting it? Being able to set up a trust for NFA bypassing local LEO sign off has been around WI for YEARS, perhaps a decade or more. Anybody that got blocked by Clarke not signing off is just LAZY. (Lots of other LEOs around, why not go to the local police chief. (snickersnicker)) I have never heard the "plagiarism" thing before but it seems like it's leftist bullshit yet again. Some of you people need to get over the black guy in the cowboy hat and shut the fuck up. |
