In the state of Texas as in many other states millions of individuals are delinquent concerning their child support obligations at the present. Which means, many can and will fall through the cracks concerning staying current according to their child support responsibilities. Which means, strict enforcement at most levels of child support delinquency is just simply impossible to enforce. The reality. |

There are plenty of ways to stretch the budget without "eating like shit" - rice, beans, chicken, fresh veggies, stir-frys, etc.. We eat well and don't buy extravagantly. The point being that if times are tough with little income coming in (including child support), you tighten the budget and carry-on. Good luck op. |

A 2 parent family even with a stay at home mom cooking vs a single dad running his own business is not a equal comparison. I’m sure OP is doing the best he can on that front. My father told them if he sued anyone it would be them going into how badly he had been treated. I think the first arrest warranty for my brothers mom was when he was either 22 or 24 for failure to pay. At that point she owed almost 30 grand in back pay with the interest. I really wished that he went after them, its crazy how sexist the child services people are in Virginia. |

650/month for food for three is quite reasonable. I knew a gal who fled Ohio because she owed a shitload in support. She moved to Florida because Fl. wouldn't yank her drivers license for past due payments. She worked as a waitress and down here waitresses bounce between jobs every few weeks/months. She would get hired, work a few weeks until payroll caught up to her then quite and get a job somewhere else. |

NEVER in arrears, fiend of the court decided on their own that I ''might'' go into arrears so they were going to ''keep'' it ''just in case.'' Actually had to go before a Judge who I will say, did commend me on never being late on anything and ripped the whore from FOTC a new asshole which I'm pretty sure she forgot about one second after she left the court room. My wife, who always believed all the bullshit about deadbeat Dads had her eyes opened up a bit about what and who real bias is against. |

January and February she paid what she was supposed to, March 15th told me the money was on the way and more coming the next week (payment is due on the 1st) but only one payment of $250 was received on the 10th of April. Not even 1/3rd of what was owed for March and April. Remember, she doesn’t file taxes, and she doesn’t have any bank accounts. Wonder if her Trump $ will be sent to us or if it’ll slip by the wayside... I could really use it. i know a married guy. him and his wife were supposed to get $3900.00 in trump bucks....... but they only received $850.00, because he was behind on child support. id say you have a good chance of getting her trump bucks. |
