We had our twenty minutes to visit, and then the nurses kicked everyone out
 Gave my mom the last ten minutes to just her, Dad, and the one nurse. I think I'm finally gonna eat something for today. There's one of those pubs near the hospital that also has an arcade with all sorts of old games, I think I might decompress for a bit before going home and doing cleaning in prep of rehab. He's at least in his recovery room this week, to be determined if next step is a short-term stint in a rehab facility or home. |

Acer Aspire 5520-5912 with 4GB DDR2 and 128GB SSD. Windows 10 Pro x64 successfully installed, updated, all drivers fat and happy. And, it doesn't run too bad. Will be good enough for the ham radio stuff this guy will be using it for. I'd like to go to 8GB RAM, but I don't think it'll support it. $80 to get 2x4GB DDR2 SODIMMs, so I'm not gonna drop that just to "see if it works".
