Too many I like. I could probably live on cereal. Sometimes I go for the sugary stuff like Fruity Pebbles, Capt Crunch or Trix. Other times I go for the plain Rice Crispies, Rice or Corn Chex or Corn Flakes.

I'll go with oatmeal, not quick oats. Steel cut oats are also fine.
Check out Bob's Red Mill for some really good morning food.
Can be made in large batches and just nuked for convenience.

Your colon will thank me...
