Too many to choose from.
Most people would say Bohemian Rhapsody because of the never before done mash up of musical styles with a massive dose of over the top opera, some would say fat bottomed girls because they want to be in the video, some would say the Innuendo album when he was obviously dying but no-one would admit or accept it........... I'm going to go with a performance not a song, as Queen were at their best performing live:
