The first time I saw it, I thought it was a good movie, but I was still confused.

The second time I saw it, it made a lot more sense.

The third time I saw it, I prepped myself by studying a diagram of exactly how the time travel worked.

I really need to see it a fourth time.

If you're a fan of the light novel series, or the anime series, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is pretty good.

Guy (Kyon) wakes up in a changed world and has to go back in time to set things back to the way they were.

I have never seen a really good time travel movie.  12 Monkeys comes as close as any.

Final Countdown was a great concept and had some good parts to it but really didn't deliver much.

No Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.. I am disappointed.

OP's list is good. I would add Looper, Primer and Predestination.

While it is a great short story from Ray Bradbury and a marginally entertaining movie, A Sound of Thunder is a pretty good time traveling story

The movie was pretty good when I saw it as a kid (when it came out). I wonder how it holds up nowadays? The part where the guy got his nose shot off was cool, LOL.

This was an interesting one.   Pretty different from your typical time travel movie.   It's like a sci-fi chick flick.    But if you're a time travel fan, it's worth a watch.

All good choices, OP, especially The Butterfly Effect and 12 Monkeys.

Honorable mention should go to Primer, as well.

There is only one choice for the all time greatest time travel movie, though...

Predestination

I'm surprised no one has named "It's a Wonderful Life" even though it's only a time travel movie in a sort of roundabout way.

It's a Wonderful LIfe

When George says he wishes he had never been born, Clarence decides to grant his wish to show George an alternate timeline in which he never existed.

Though not a movie per se, the original series episode "The City on the Edge of Forever" was such an acclaimed time travel episode that it kind of set the precedent for more ST time travel content.  A lot of people are of the opinion that TCOTEOF is the best Star Trek episode of all time.
