Biden will not resign. He will also be rested/medicated and sound ok. Harris needs to be 100 percent focused on campaign, not campaign and doing new job presidential learning curve, or she will fail.
Biden will praise Harris and trash Trump. |

Joe is a net loss for Cumala at this point. Other than turning over money to her there is nothing he can do for her. He can't go campaign for her. They don't want him campaigning for her. He's just going to stay hidden in the basement until November and then he'll rot away in Delaware until he passes away. Democrats will write him off.
