In my county that dog wouldn't have even gotten to the 3rd bite without the dog being seized then euthanized, and the owner facing prosecution.
But its Biden so his fucking dog gets to bite government employees when it feels like and we'll probably end up paying tens of thousands of dollars for down the line for medical treatment, PTSD, disability, and whatever other benefits they can claim. |
