I asked a couple questions on the "contact us" form.
Hello Nottooslow, The seasoning that we sell in the gift shop is the same that we put on the steaks on the live feed. The company that we get it from bottles and labels it for us. The tongs come from a company called Webstaurant and you can order them at Webstaurant.com and our purchasing manager said that they are just called a heavy duty tong. Hope that this helps.
