Paying rent on credit?
Unless the balance is paid off monthly that seems kind of dumb. And how many of the Gen Z's aren't bitching about how difficult it is to pay for their lives and can afford to do that? |

Wells Fargo is completely woke. But i'm waiting for the left to complain WF is taking advantage of poors or certain demographic with this card. |

I used to get credit card points for my rent. Then the rental property owners added transaction fees for credit card payments that exceeded the rewards points, so I quit doing that.

Banks can't get the dumbasses to borrow at 6% for college, so they get them to borrow on a credit card at 22%, AND convince them they're getting money back.

You know how much credit card interest I’ve paid in the last 20 years? ZERO. It’s a payment tool, not a loan instrument. Sadly the siren song of being able to spend more money than you have is too strong for the unwashed masses. |

I have rented and leased out commercial property. Not one contract allowed payment with a credit or debit card. |

OP makes fun of boomer who have been paying for everything, including their mortgage or "rent" with reward credit cards for years, and he is just now figuring that out now. |

Maybe you need to switch. landlords no but mortgage loan firms will. if ppl are still renting, maybe its time for them to stop throwing their money away and buy a home. |
