What i think happens is that some people are prone to paranoia or bad delusions, but they're fine and can work.... until a trigger event kicks off the paranoia and from that point on, everything is justified under paranoia. In this guy's case, it was PIs verifying his disability. In the case i saw, it was divorce PIs. |

Neighbors: Milwaukee brewery shooter built guns from mail-order parts Erna Roenspies, who lived next door to Ferrill, described him as a nice guy and helpful neighbor who enjoyed building guns with mail-order parts. |
