But that truck stop may be in Galena Park's jurisdiction. Usually Harris County doesn't run calls in Houston proper. Not necessarily a dangerous area. |

I had a case similar to this years ago when I was working auto theft. The truck was found abandoned and running, driver missing. Turns out he dumped the semi near the ghetto and went off on a crack buying and smoking binge.
I would guess the same thing happened in this case. |
