They dumped fruit at 50% below going rate, to intentionally crash the market, just 3-4 days before peak of season here, where 60% of global production is invested in..

Thanks to Kanada being a spineless cunt nation, of socialized Ag production, it doesn't affect the Kanauck growers or processors.

It does however crash an entire regions economy here.

The fact you are clueless is typical.

B.C. was shitting itself for months, after years of grower protests that they weren't getting prices, we could never get.
The move was unexpected, only in that it would be an act of war with anyone else. We have been un-subsidized and dealing with less for a decade.

Well, if ya gotta ask....

I pretty much, can't find a use for any of you....except for Bimaba and Fluffy. Bimba should be running the fucktarded clown show up there, and Fluffy is a Saint.

The rest of you Kanucks pay taxes out the arse by choice, and feed the machine that just fucked my community worse than any Tornado ever has.
How about we fuck over your family, neighbors,  and community for a couple hundred Million... and see how you like it.
No problem right?

Do the math, after you pull your head out.

Who exactly is blameless in that fucking spineless socialist sewer?

Who was blameless, when you were claiming our guys were dumping corn, and it cost a whopping couple cents a Bu.?
See how that works?

Look on the bright side of your economy tanking.
You can duck out on paying your NATO tab, funding the fight against global terrorism and...
No wait.....

It's really hard to NOT hate Kanadians 99% of the time.
Some of you guys are alright though.

I love Canada but every time I go up there to hunt or fish its always the same old stories of woe from the guides. They have good skills and are willing to work but are reduced to a few months of hunting and fishing seasons to earn cash or they would be totally dependent on the Govt. At first I thought they were just giving me a tale of woe to get a bigger tip but eventually accepted the fact they cant get any damn work. They have a Govt. more interested in protecting Native burial grounds then in generating jobs for their own people. Real retard Liberalism.

So, a major industry gets smoked by low oil prices, Canada's operating budget is huge from payroll taxes and they spend a lot on their citizens via stuff.

The equation is out of balance.

....So what you're saying is that you got beat out by a bunch of socialist fruit growers?

Socialism doesn't fucking beat anything!  It never has, never will!  Except you, apparently?

Your story sounds like some half-truth fairytale that a bunch of farmers cooked up in an attempt to lay blame on someone/something else for your own failings; but if your government is indeed allowing Canada to export fruit at some below market valuation that hurts US producers, take it up with your government -- don't try and blame Canada.

Your government subsidizes amateur athletics much more than Canada's does, but you don't see me whining about how America beat us for the gold medal in Olympic Javelin throwing.

Meh, it's not entirely untrue.

My buddy used to work at a fishing lodge in Kenora and he had a busy season of about 3 months and than all of the guiding work went away.  There was sometimes work doing other things, and sometimes there wasn't.

Didn't mean for this to be a Canada hate thread, hell I love Canadians. . . . good people for the most part.

They're problems are really just a microcosm of our problems in that they're being led by a hyper liberal ideologue who's more worried about LGBTQA2/refugee rights than the well being of Canada's citizens.

The big difference is that their economy isn't nearly as diverse as ours so when the price of oil falls their economy is somewhat exposed for the 1 trick pony it is.

Aint that some shit.

All the guides I have met absolutely loathe the idea of working outside of hunting season, they are akin to hippy surfers.
If they can't get paid for their hobby they would rather sit on unemployment insurance or welfare.

The ones that do find jobs during the offseason just quit when hunting starts and are rarely hired back by the same outfit.
