-First Remington, Bushmaster
-then Smith and Wesson. Also FFL who sold the guns. Now Century Arms. They are falling like dominohttps://www.ktvu.com/news/lawsuit-representing-victims-of-gilroy-garlic-festival-shooting-goes-after-gun-manufacturer |

They need to get in line, they owe far more people for the crummy build quality.

The lawsuit also names the City of Gilroy, the Gilroy Garlic Festival Association, View Quote |

It literally smells like garlic when driving by Gilroy on the highway w/ your windows up.

Combination of unsurprising follow up to what's going on with Remington, plus the "sue everyone in sight" legal strategy.

OP can't link and it says it is 404 anyways if you paste..
https://abc7news.com/gilroy-garlic-festival-shooting-victims-lawsuit/10915623/ They are suing multiple groups involved with the tragedy including the Gilroy Garlic Festival Association, the City of Gilroy, First Alarm Security and now Century Arms. "Century is a distributor of arms that is responsible for not only distributing the weapon of war that was used in this tragedy, but also of assembling it," Attorney Randall Scarlett said. The lawsuit calls for damages and injunctive relief from Century Arms for selling and marketing what the lawyers call a military- style assault rifle. |

Wtf happened to the legal protections gun makers had against frivolous lawsuits?

Next up, Ford will be sued when a drunk driver kills somebody in a F-150.

Wait until they go after beer, wine & liquor companies for selling the key ingredients of a drunk driving death...
Mark my words - it's going to get to that... |

Said it before, I'll say it again...
The best way to derail the Leftists is to actually FIGHT BACK using their own tool set. File ethics complaints against the lawyers. File lawsuits against the groups. File criminal complaints against their members. Support the organizations who are filing those lawsuits. No quarter, because they have no intention of granting any. Stop trying to hide laziness behind a facade of "higher ground" bullshit. |

Ford and GM to be paying soon for drunk drivers who run over children.
35K killed per year by these dangerous machines demonstrate the willful disregard for human life by the manufacturers. |

Quoted: Wtf happened to the legal protections gun makers had against frivolous lawsuits? View Quote If it happens we need to immediately start suing car manufacturers, dealerships, gas stations, bars, and everyone else. I’m being serious. Only way to stop what the Democrats are allowing to happen. Remember Biden saying he was coming for manufacturers? |

Quoted: Wtf happened to the legal protections gun makers had against frivolous lawsuits? View Quote States are passing laws that try to negate that protection. NYS just passed a law going after lawful gun commerce because of the bills author claiming that all illegal guns start out as legal guns, and therefore you have to go after the legal gun distribution chain, right down to the local FFL, the sporting goods store that sells you a box of ammo, or the gunsmith who worked on the gun at some point. |

View Quote Tesla clearly makes a much safer vehicle, not only for the vehicle’s occupants, but other vehicles and pedestrians. The lack of safety from Ford’s products is clearly the result of gross incompetence. |

Sweet! This should open up lawsuits then for the companies providing abortion related equipment for wrongful death claims. Play their own game back on them and get some rulings.

Likewise, we just prefer to leave other people alone. We just don't have the mindset nor organization to go on the offensive like this. Unfortunately, nobody wins a war by wishing the other guy would stop attacking. |

Th article says that they are suing because the gun was too easy to convert to automatic. Was the gun even full auto?
|
|

Dont need a gun ban. Just sue the manufacturer out of business, then pass the law that requires registration and then confiscate those guns or highly regulate when you can use them. That's the way the dems will get our guns and strip the 2nd amendment.
Remington was said to have set a dangerous precedent and I think that is only the tip of that iceberg. |

Need to post names and addresses of the lawyers. They are people and their shit stinks. Lawyers never take the high road and they are not untouchable. They are useful idiots until they swing like happens in all communist countries.
