see 5 or 6 years ago The city "elders"decided its longtime low income housing projects was not good enough for the residents.
So they closed down and demolished 10 or 12 very large housing projects some that had been in the same location since the early '60s these areas were of course hyper violent drug / crime ridden neighborhoods. BUT EVERYONE KNEW THAT THAT CORNER WAS JOHNNY'S CORNER and to stay the F&*^&^ off it.  
   
But the city elders did even better instead of allowing the massive number of project residents to stay together in new neighborhoods they attempted to break them up and spread the residents of 10-12 projects across the city  north south east and west some even into the suburbs!!!

So now we got displaced gang bangers who have to establish new territory to conduct "business" and they are now all mixed across every school and neighborhood in Chicago but none in enough numbers to be dominant so there is just enough to keep everybody pissed off at each other and a score to settle.   Then no one does a thing and it gets worse and worse.

Surely there is a way to speed this shit up a bit.

Right in the back yard of our favorite community organizer, Barack Obama.  Chicago left in the ashes of his community organizing disaster and now he will leave the USA in ashes when he leaves office.  What a pathetic bag of shit!

There is, throw some more white man's money at the problem.

It's never their fault.........it is always someone else's fault.
