I robbed that lower from another gun for the time being. It's that same ol rattle can bronze Duplicolor wheel paint. I think the darker burnt bronze posted above will match it good. So add a touch of black or whatever. |

Originally I build the carbine as a Colt 653 "Retro clone" with black furniture (matter of fact if you google Colt 653 it's usually the first photo that comes up). The Wife wanted a lightweight gun, but it had to be green - so the conversion started on this one as it's the lightest carbine I could build w/o using polymer lowers. |
