Yep wife is 49yrs old and still 125lbs at 50yrs old.

wears size 2 jeans and small yoga pants and we have four kids.

Im 50 and weight 170 and still have my 31' waist.

Its all about diet and a little exercise, I can't run much anymore so I just watch what I eat etc.
