I went to a friend of mine's wedding a couple of months ago out of town and ended up going without the wife due to her schedule/kids, etc. I wouldn't have otherwise gone but I was asked to be 1 of the 3 groomsmen and he was a groomsman for me when I got married. Known him for 20 years so didn't want to say no.

At the rehearsal dinner, I ended up assigned to a seat next to a guy's wife that I tangentially knew. I knew of him through the groom but never really talked to him. When I did talk, I made sure to address the both of them and/or the other people at the table so it was never like we separated ourselves but I realized she would only ask me questions/talk to me. In fact, the wedding photographer was taking candid shots and it looks like we're the couple, not the woman and her actual husband in one of the shots.

So we end up talking for a couple of hours, I go to my hotel, and I assume that's the end of it.

The following night at the wedding, she and her husband start getting sloppy drunk. Her husband is hanging out smoking cigars with some guys at a table and his wife is out on the dance floor. She comes up to me, grabs my hand, and tries to pull me out to the dance floor (I'm not at her table). I hesitantly go out there since the group she was in, I know most of them. They know I'm married, this isn't a thing. DJ starts playing T-pain or Usher or something and she goes full on ho mode. Backs up into me and tries to grind me.

Nah, I'm good. Definitely don't need pictures like THAT to show up later on FB. Shoot her down, tell her I have to go to the bathroom and bail.

Go to "the bathroom" for 10min, aka anywhere else and go to my table only to see her grinding with some other guy. Husband is still zoned out from anything save his conversations and cigars. Probably ~150 people at the wedding so there's enough of a buffer between him and the dance floor to be unaware.

She came by one other time and let her hand rest of my shoulder when she walked by to the drink bar.

Fast-forward to the end of the night, bride and groom take off in limo, I'm there waiting on the guys who are staying at my hotel I rode with, and she and her husband I can hear are drunk talking about going to some bar down the street and trying to recruit people into going. I get asked, tell em no thanks, my group heads to the hotel and that's the end of that.

Guy's wife sends me a FB friend request a couple of days later and they've got 2 kids and have been married for several years.

I'm not sure if they are in an open marriage or what but I could absolutely see how people can get in trouble over something like that.
