I heard this last night at a pub and figured I would have heard it here first.
I looked in the Industry section, but couldn't find Savage. Either way, I have one and love it and if they did change the logo I'm glad I got one before the change. |

Pussy's, surprised it took this long though given their location...

Actually heard a conversation a few years back of two women talking about how "disgusting" the logo was. I bet they had no problems with Elizabeth Warren though, they had the same look as her. |

Tradition. Can't be havin' none of that these days. Hurt my feelers.

I have one with old Chief's logo. And I had a Tecumseh engine on my mini bike.
Those guy's were all about power and freedom to me. |

Where the butt hurt comes in is all these enlightened individuals eaten up with feelings is they can't grasp anything that happened before they were born. Could you imagine coming here from Europe and not knowing what you would encounter and you find people of a color you've never seen, wearing animal skins and headdresses, speaking a language that sounds like nothing they've ever heard. No written language, I'm not even sure they had invented the wheel. I think savage is probably one of the nicer things said.

You can't overlook that their pairing would be awfully coincidental otherwise. But like I said, I don't really give a fuck. |

I have a belt buckle somewhere with the old logo on it. Maybe I should bring it back.

Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered $100 worth of "OLD" merchandise from their store.
They are selling UN-PC hats for under $3. Bought, decals, shirts, hats, belt buckles and slings with the old logo. Done all my hunting with Savage and Marlin rifles. |

I don't care if they change their logo, BUT...
That new logo SUCKS! Simple is great but that just looks awful... |

When was Savage purchased by Vista Outdoors, or was Savage an ATK property beforehand? I'm thinking it was recent, hence the logo change. New management.
ETA: Vista bought Savage in 2013. Damn, they also own CCI, Bushnell, Bolle, Camelback, Primos, Hoppes, Federal Premium, RCBS, Alliant Powder, Blackhawk . . . |

They did in this time. Because of the Mandella effect the logo as most remember is no longer in existence. Read under Berenstein Bears conspiracy.
