While I'd have agreed 20, 10, or even 5 years ago, Disney and their Star Wars directors and producers have stated that the woke direction is where they have and are taking the Star Wars franchise. The idea that it'll be woke because it's Disney seems to be well supported by the people at Disney who make the content and have stated their intent. |

Cant wait, but wondering why head inquisitor lady doesn't have a hat or helmet like all the others? Gran Inquisitor looks bad, not like the cartoon, but oh well. Loved that Duel of the Fates Insert, if they had showed Anakin or any Clone Wars flashbacks in live action the internet woulda caught on fire

I’m going to watch because I’m a fan of Star Wars and the cinematic experience it brings. Disney has turned me off for publicly stating they want more diversity and inclusion in their films. Maybe to some of you that doesn’t matter, but I don’t like having political agendas shoved down my throat. I simply won’t subscribe. This film does look promising and not over the top with the wokeness like other movies. You can be a fan of the Star Wars Franchise and not Disney.
