fuck no, my "yard" is native grasses full of stickers, snakes, spiders, scorpions, fire ants and some kind of black and red wingless wasp thing that has a sting like the wrath of GOD and you want immediate amputation.

Anytime I can. If I have to wear shoes it's Tevas or Chacos if I'm not wearing boots or running shoes. I hate wearing shoes, especially steel toed boots, always have. I have sexy feet though.

Yes, I go barefoot, when it's warm enough, if I won't be stepping on rocks/gravel. If I'm wearing socks and need to go out on the deck or porch, I'll take the socks off so that they can't get snagged on the wood. If I'll be walking on the gravel (going to get my Rzr out), I'll put my boots on. I've driven it barefoot before, but that's pretty rare.

When I was a kid it was a point of pride to toughen your feet up so you could walk though the woods, on gravel, asphalt, etc. wearing shoes was a sign of weakness.

Bare foot inside all the time not as much as I used to outside but some
As a kid in the 50's I only wore shoes to school. I ran through pig farms, muck, swamps everything. Think that is bad? I am 73. I take no medication of any kind, I am allergic to nothing and laugh at Covid A cold to me is a slight sore throat for a couple hours and 2 or 3 sneezes Barefoot builds immunity and doctors tell me men 20-30 years younger wish they had my blood work numbers Being barefoot is a factor in my good health. That and dumb luck |

I am barefoot a lot, I grew up that way, and intend to stay that way. I wear appropriate shoes when I must, but do fine across hot or rocky surfaces barefoot most of the time.

2 massive Hawthorn trees in my backyard, and one in the front. I would go barefoot if I had to for some reason I suppose, but it's not a good idea. I've had to pull hawthorns out the the dogs pads and it's not fun. So it's a "no" for me. I keep a pair of slip-on shoes at the backdoor just for that reason.
