I voted yes but depending on what you mean it is both yes and no. I do not have the plain Tn plate and do in fact have one that donates money to a cause. Friends of Sycamore Sholes (Gadsden Plate) but I do not have custom numbers or letters.

GA gives free license plates to veterans. Since my wife and I are both vets, we save a whopping $40/year.
