What will we ever do without the drama queen.

Who will make the debate great again?

Link? "Most likely not to attend" Trump speak for you had better do what I  want or your not going to get the viewers.

He’s negotiating they have to have him to get the ratings they want.

Another wrong prediction.  Somehow he will do something to attract attention.   All remaining candidates won't have
the opportunity to confront him and will look bad knocking by each other down.

The debate will loose 2 million viewers and ad revenue will be off 25%.

He'll gain 3 points for snubbing Fox News, and 3 more for snubbing the MSM in general.

I think hes playing it smart not facing cruz again now that the gloves are off. What would he have to gain by going? The outline for his presidency can be summed up in a paragraph basically.

It will not hurt Trump but it will kill Fox's ratings.

Even Krauthammer gave Trump a back-handed kudos for the move. If he shows or don't show he has left the other hopefuls eating his dust.

He will "change" his mind at the last minute, building suspense and adding drama to the event, saying that so and so begged him to attend.

If Cruz was allowed a full out debate with Trump, it would be painfully obvious that Trump is not who this country needs as President. Smart move on Trump's part. Ted is still the man to support. Cruz 16!

Yep. And then playing the wounded warrior card to boot.

He doesn't like Megyn Kelly since she dared challenge him (as she did with every other candidate that night), and now Fox refuses to do his bidding and remove her from the moderator panel. So he wants to go play elsewhere. He's afraid a debate may only hurt him at this point.

It's more about a tweet that fox put out earlier as I understand it.

In this article they have a picture of the tweet Fox news put out

"We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president — a nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings," Fox's statement read.

Kelly is basically playing a unwilling straight-man to Trump at this point.

He laid the ground work to use her to his own political ends in the first debate.

If he shows there is a better than even chance that (despite Roger Ailes squeaks to the contrary) Kelly will be muzzled.

If not and she comes off as the bitch she was last time then Trump still wins.

Brilliant!

Cause she asked him some questions he would be sure to hear in a general election debate? Just like she did the rest of the candidates? Geez...poor little Donny.

According to the article in that link, nowhere did Trump state he would skip the debate.

Trump was only hinting that he might skip the debate and responsers by his supporters to his poll say  that 53-47 percent, they suggest that he does in fact, attend the debate.

Donald is cleverly putting a pre-emptive damper on Megyn Kelly's ability to act aggressively  towards  him.

This thread needs a title change.
