Short story. 63 yr old mail carrier gets into it with a construction crew, takes a swing at a construction worker. Worker punches 63 yr old in face, 63 yr old dies a few hours later.

The letter carrier threw the first punch. . . after the construction crew moved their vehicle like he wanted.

Looks like worker getting assaulted struck back in self-defense.
