Quoted: I love sanctimonious dip shits "they knew the US was pulling out" The State department and media did everything in their power to make the situation seem stable and orderly right up until the moment they couldn't. If these people are guilty of anything it's believing what they were told. View Quote And any Afghani under 30, especially those born here to immigrant parents, has always known "back home" as an at least somewhat stable country (at least as stable as it has been in living memory) so there is that. |

If there was a stupid prize lottery, these people won the Mega Millions jackpot.

Wait, maybe these are some of the Americans Ginger Goebbels said didn't WANT to leave?

Took a fucking field trip to Afghanistan, knowing we were pullimg out and the taliban taking over. WTF is wrong with people. View Quote It even happens to people who should know better. My brother went to France. I told him to stay frosty and he was surprised and asked why. I told him to look at recent reports about no go zones and religion of peace. He went anyway. He noted the special squads of heavily armed cops (QRF) in unmarked cars that roamed around in case something popped off. Security was apparent and no joke. He was on the street and in at least one location where the Bataclan massacre took place, on the same day. He flew out that night. I had to look it up, it was 2015. It seems like it was much more recent, I guess time is flying by. |

BahhahhaHahahahahahahaha
Fucking seriously? Field trip to Afghanistan? This has to be fake. |
|
Our daughter has been to both Haiti and Liberia.
I was concerned about those trips. Afghanistan? No way! |
|

Wow that is pants on head retarded decision making.
I’d say the blonde hair school girls would have it the worst off if they got captured by the taliban but then I remember they like to ass rape boys. ETA: disregard as I understand it this isn’t a school trip but individual families visiting relatives. No high school football players were ass raped in the making of this thread. |

I'm more interested in their flight back. What did they do, get to the airport and go to Herat after they heard the flight was canceled?

Ignorance of Islam is a western civilization problem. We have forgotten why there was crusaders.

Maybe they'll appreciate America that much more should they ever make it back.

Well, that was dumb. They can enjoy the cultural enrichment then.

actions have repercussions..
decide to go on a field trip to an unstable "warzone"? Kalifornians gonna do stupid shit, expect capitalists to bail them out. sorry, not sorry. ZFG |
|
"Shana....they bought their tickets, they knew what they were getting into...."
|
|
Good! I would like to take all Californians over and drop them off in Afghanistan
|
|
I'd chain my kid to the radiator before letting them go to Afghanistan. Hard to imagine too many things dumber than taking a vaca in a war zone. Reminds me of that couple hiking in Iraq....get captured, held hostage, she pops out kids there, etc. etc. As my old boss you used to say 'can't fix stupid'.

Quoted: Threads like this always show who reads the article and who doesn't. (I'll post my reply from the other thread that covered this...) TBF, these are not Johnny and Janey Smith, and their mom Karen, on a summer jaunt. (If it were, I can assure you the cable news networks would be tripping over each other to get to their doorsteps.) From the article: So these are folks that are from there, and were here on Visas, went back to visit relatives, and got stuck. Not to say it was a great idea or timing for them to go back, as we see now... View Quote I'm gonna chalk this one up as a positive. |

Oh look, more dumb Texan shits visiting Afghanistan and now stranded
"A San Antonio man's wife and five children are struggling to find a flight out of Afghanistan after the Taliban swiftly took control of the country amid the United States' withdraw. Noor Mohammad, 44, said his family flew to the country to visit relatives in June and had a flight booked to return in September. This is like that 19 yo good looking bimbo that goes backpacking and staying in hostels Through Ukraine, Chech, Hungary etc..... and is never seen again....except on the news. |

Being from California has nothing to do with it, it's the fact they are Afghanis and have family they wanted to visit there. There's Afghanis from Texas, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New York, and likely other states that did the same thing and are now stranded. CDS is real. |

Quoted: They’re probably from there, not that that’s a great reason. When the media says however many “thousands of Americans stuck in Afghanistan”, they probably mean Afghans with US citizenship, not rando whites on vacation. View Quote I think even that is a distortion: AFAIK (based on friends who left HKIA yesterday), all American civilians who were in Afghanistan in an official/employment capacity have been evaced. Those remaining are either Afghans with US citizenship, Afghan with SIVs or, what I think to be the case, Afghan who were “promised” or thought they deserved/were go to get SIVs. I somewhat blame the conservative media for inflating the numbers in order to enhance Xiden’s crisis, but the bigger his crisis, the bigger hero he will be for fixing Trump’s mistakes. |

And I thought you had to join the Army for a summer vacation in Afghanistan.

They chose...poorly.
Much like what happened when they voted for Biden. Stolen elections have consequences. |

Quoted: They thought we had a President that cared about Americans. View Quote A president that is wiling to be careless with American lives overseas and not care about their lives is a president that will be careless with the lives of American here in the USA and has no regard for their lives. Yes your life is only good to the president and his people as long as you are a good subject it is really that simply. |

Everyone there has chosen to by there. The parents took the kids there. They have family there. I could care less.
On September 2nd the U.S. will be gone and they can “build back better”. |

I just skipped three pages to see the usual GD asshattery in action.
