Do you think dragons actually existed? Pretty much every culture has tales of dragons existing alongside humans. Could they have been leftover dinosaurs? Is it all bullshit like nessie and bigfoot? Do they still exist?
Yeah, I'm bored on a Saturday and don't want to install these new doors. |

Yes, if they weren’t real then they wouldn’t be in Harry Potter.

|
Ancient man finding fossils of prehistoric creatures (including dinosaurs) probably inspired many of the stories of dragons.

Everywhere has dinosaur and teradon skeletons. People in the past filled in the blanks of what they were and called them Dragons. They did pretty good considering.

Middle earth was just earth a long time ago. We had dragons, dorfs, hobbits, balrogs, ents, and orcs. I think the elves were made up though.

“Maps used to say ‘There’d be dragons here,’ and now they don’t. But that don’t mean the dragons aren’t there.”

Staring down the skull of a T Rex would scare the shit out of anyone...

I know Dragons were real.
We fired some at Fort Riley in the 1980s. Dang hard to keep on target until detonation, if you ask me. |
|
I played Elden Ring and Skyrim so I'm an expert. They're real.

The stories came from somewhere.
Which is more likely? Satan, the beautiful winged serpent in the Garden of Eden? or Ancient man finding skeletons of pteradactyl (sp) and assorted other prehistoric animals and making up tall tales about them and the stories growing as they passed down? or Just the wild imagination of men doing who knows what drugs and extrapolating from birds, lizards, snakes they see in nature? |

Post flood smaller dinosaurs. Last ones died out in China long ago. Some emperor had them as pets.

Envy the country that has heroes, huh?! I say pity the country that needs 'em. What are you celebrating? One dragon down, three men dead? Oh, yeah. At that rate, we might just be getting somewhere in about 320 years. Is that what you want? You want a little accommodation? Nuh-uh. These beasts live on ash. They feed on death. There's no middle ground... not for them, not for us. And sure as hell not for my men who died out there today. But you go ahead. Have your little... soiree. Personally, you disgust me.

Dragons are a interesting topic.
If you read through The Book of Enoch then take notice on translations of other biblical text one can begin to see a pattern that ancient mankind had a connection between all old civilizations that spoke of reptilian creatures that flew. Otherwise known as dragons. I believe it. Call them Terrans, call them Leviathan, many names they could of been referred too lost in time or hidden to conceal the past; they are as real as dinosaurs. Weather or not they are real, I believe mankind isn't the first species to rise from this world. I'm also heard this planet referred to as a Zoo... take that for what you will. https://downthechupacabrahole.com/2022/05/10/subterranean-reptilians-killed-15-coal-miners-declassified-document-reveals-shocking-intel/ Declassified Event from the UK. |

The Titanic won't even be a stain on the sea floor in a thousand years so I'm open to new ideas at this point. If I had to guess I'd say we're the amnesic decedents of civilizations that were all but wiped out so there's no telling just how much has been erased.

Don't be silly! Of course they're real. What do you think started all those Canadian fires? Leprechauns?

Long ago, when man was young and the dragon already old, the wisest of our race took pity on man. He gathered together all the dragons, making them vow to watch over man, always. And at the moment of his death, the night became alive with those stars. [points towards the constellation Draco] And thus was born the Dragons' Heaven. But when we die, not all dragons are admitted to this shining place. No, we have to earn it. And if we don't, our spirit disappears as if we never were. And that's why I shared my life force with a dying boy - so I would reunite man and dragon, and ensure my place among my ancient brothers of the sky. But... my sacrifice became my sin.

Not "fire-breathing" dragons, no.
Some large, dinosaur-like lizard ("dragon") that existed alongside ancient mankind? More likely than aliens. They were probably hunted to extinction alongside Neanderthals. |

I guess that depends on your definition of dragon. As they’re commonly depicted, no.
