I must have missed the earth-shattering ka-boom. The explosion is in the camera dudes pants when he realized his stupid contrail video went viral. |

That video is a meteor entry IMO.
Its surface is flashing to vapor from the heat, thus the huge contrail. As it is burning up, it's spinning and very unstable, thus the erratic flight path. They explode into pieces with incredible force as they're torn apart, thus the flash and noise. It's way, way up in the atmosphere. Kharn |

You’d think there would be multiple reports from witnesses around Billings by now on Twitter. Ring doorbells & security cameras etc

I could possibly go along with the "nothing to see here crowd" if not for the jet you hear zipping by and the reason she started filming was the jets zipping around.
ETA: It's a lot of weird things for one video unless the entire thing is a fake. Hard to find any news on it and Tucker had the governor on and he didn't seem alarmed. Weird shit. |

OMG we launched a counter attack!! IT'S HAPPENING!!

View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: They blasted something out of the sky. What happened to "we don't want it to crash into a school or house?" The object in the video wasn't blasted out the sky. It continued flying horizontal and above the clouds. It is possible that an engine failed on a jet and created a larger than usual contrail. /media/mediaFiles/sharedAlbum/F84A650C-2406-46C9-B3D1-D3F7D7319381-693.gif If there was an explosion the trail would be getting larger and pieces would be seen falling off. Yet the object travels further away from the house and the trail gets smaller. Why is there a gap in the trail over the house? There isn't, that is a cloud obscuring the trail as the object is still travelling horizontally. The lady pans straight up which is where the trail the largest and makes a sharp change in direction. If that is where "it was blasted out of the sky" then why didn't it fall down right there? |

Yeah that's a contrail.
Sun is to the left so the high altitude jet was moving North. Billings shouldn't be worried anyways, there hasn't been anything worth blowing up there since they tore down the War Bonnet Inn. |
