Egg salad is an abomination.

Tuna salad is the way.  But it better be fresh and paired with provolone.

Bro it's eggs and mustard and mayo. I mean, I agree that could just be a hamburger topping but it's still better than tuna trash.

Especially the fact that tuna steaks are actually good, and raw tuna is also amazing.

So basically the Tuna became garbage and the eggs are the constant. I'll take the constant.

Tuna salad. Mayo, onion, celery, ground pepper.

Omit the celery and add pickles and mustard and that's a perfect tuna sandwich

Yeah, positively disgusting.  Good way to end lunch with me puking everywhere.

Way to wreck both by mixing that green crap in them, especially the tuna.

I can do either. As long as I have some of those fresh maters from the other thread between the slices of bread!

This is truly a thread that needs a "get both" option.

Depends

Am I making it myself using care and the finest ingredients,
or am I buying it, questionably sealed in a sweating plastic pouch at slightly below room temp, 3 days after expiration, from a gas station in rural New Mexico?

Actually,  egg salad either way.  Yolo bitches.

I always put egg in my tuna salad, so I gotta say both.

I cannot believe tuna is beating egg salad sandwiches. Fucking savages.

Definitely a "get both" scenario for me.

My batter:

Jar and a half of Mayo
Cup of Mustard
Jar of petite sweet and dill pickles
5 bunches of green onions cut finely with scissors
3 stalks of finely cut celery
1.5 lbs Bacon
Dozen eggs
Qtr cup of my chicken rub
Additional Paprika, salt and pepper

I use this for most all salads Tuna (take out the chicken rub and use a creole seasoning) and potato salad, as well.

Smoked 15 bacon wrapped  boneless-skinless chicken breasts yesterday and will build the salad today.

Unwrapped the bacon from the breasts and went straight to the oven to crisp.

Pickles, eggs and chicken chopped fine in a food processor. (shreds the chicken perfectly)

Will make a over a full sized steamer pan of salad.

Pour the batter in your main ingredient and fold.

Creamy and very spreadable.

Saved some of the bacon to garnish the top of the salad in containers I will take to my parents and friends this afternoon with a pack of sweet slider rolls.

For years, I spent so much time dicing the pickles on a cutting board and grating the eggs.

Egg salad.  Only problem is the old lady will kick me out of bed after I foul the air quality.

I don’t eat any food you have to add mayonnaise to before you can call it a salad. Not one of them

Do you drink "near-beer"?

Nope. And I don’t drink decaf either

They make decaffeinated beer?

Gotta get me some of that.  Just think.  You can get drunk and sober at the same time.
