  Yep.
When I was a cheerleader for Syracuse University, we traveled with the football team for road games, and we always had local police escorts to and from the airport, hotel, and stadium, which the university paid for.

It was usually a sight to behold when we were down south.  At a UCF game we had a couple cars in front of us and behind us, with motorcycle cops riding alongside the buses.  They even stopped traffic on interstates for us at onramps.

Up north it was usually a car or two ahead of the buses and a couple plainclothes guys on each bus.

I remember when I was at LAX many moons ago with my (Division III) college football team. We were flying back to the East Coast after a week in LA playing schools like Pomona. We were basically just another big block of passengers, no different than a nursing home excursion. Then we saw the USC team arriving back from a game - they all trapsed off their chartered plane, right onto the tarmac and onto buses waiting for them with police escorts at the ready. Some army of schmoes handles all their luggage and equipment.

I really should have worked out more in high school.

I just went out to my shed, where I have a store of emergency fucks I bought for Y2K, I lugged in the entire vacuum sealed package, but all I found upon opening said package was dust and mouse turds. Not one fuck did I find.

It's amazing what gets a thread locked versus what draws applause from mods at this place. A very jagged line indeed.

She might, but chances are she has zero experience or training to protect/bodyguard a person. It amazes me that people hire cops with a naive expectation that they are trained to do something the secret service does.

And how many times has a legit private security detail shot someone in the US?

Engaging with firearm in that crowd is very unlikely.

Shooting is fun but just about everthing (not an expert) I have done in EP is move your principal away from the threat not engage it with a gun battle.

Yup. If she was my daughter I'd want her to have it with the profile she has. How many creepy guys would love to have her in a hole in their basement.

See, this is why we as a community have the stereotype of Mom's Basement dweller.

This is why we cant have nice things.

My brother and a friend of his were the first male cheeleaders in the county back in 1978.  They signed on when they found out they would go to camp at a beach side uni each year. They caught a load of shit from the self declared school studs being both cheerleaders and in the schools stage company.

They were full blown poon hounds on a mission who scored more ass than any football palyer

They must be around here somewhere if you're so obsessively counting the posts down.

There are plenty of people here who don't give a fuck. Do you know how you can tell? They're not posting in this thread. It's a dead giveaway

In my AO stuff like this requires the event planner to pay for the extra police presence so the public does not pay for officers to respond to peoples private events.
