They'd be easy to handcuff. Then off to jail for them on a charge of persistence in disorderly conduct, for starters. Anyone who attempts to hinder that arrest can also claim their very own charge of disorderly conduct. Of course this comes with the added free prize of getting permanently banned from the premises. They can bid up from there in the criminal charge sweepstakes. People like this drain resources from building security that should be providing a level of service that you just can't when you're dealing with an idiot who glued itself to a door.

That would never work, though, because Congressional Staffers and Office Holders are complicit in these protests.
