I want to believe this. I think Trump had the intention and motivation to drain the "swamp", however, he has gazed into the abyss and seen what it really is. It's not possible to dethrone the most evil and powerful global hierarchy this world has ever seen. So maybe the white powder situation got to Trump and realizes it's better to play ball. At least this is what I want to believe. I'd hate to find out we were straight up lied to and the only 4d chess move was against us all along.
