The only fights I remember were potential customers getting offended at trade in values. There was one guy with a heavily modified 4Runner trying to trade in on another 4Runner that was a year newer
 . The other time was a Jeep Wrangler on a Tacoma. Both had several thousands of upgrades and were offered significantly less than their "I know what it's worth" value.
