Gump may possibly be the only feature film I’ve ever seen twice in a theatre. One of my favorites back in the day. Seen so many times now that it takes away from it.

His delivery of an "Alabama accent" was atrocious! Not even in the ballpark.

Tom Hanks took his pronunciation lessons from the kid that played the young Forrest. Tom is a poor student of linguistics.
