It actually is possible that they're testing their results software and accidentally put test data out the live channel.  But they need a separate test system to prevent that.

Abrams will get a huge majority of the black vote.  The wealthy black voters are also inclined to vote for Abrams because many of them are first generation wealthy, many grew up poor, and also like a lot of wealthy they feel they need to "give back" by voting for a Democrat.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/11/05/democrat-stacey-abrams-banning-guns-no-different-than-banning-radar-detectors

During Monday morning interview on CNN, Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams made clear she does not see any difference between banning guns and banning radar detectors.
Her appearance gave the host time to reference Abrams’ Sunday comments, wherein she said that Georgians may have to “turn their guns in” under her gun control plans.

The host asked if she was really going to take away people’s guns, and Abrams responded by comparing bans on radar detectors with bans on commonly owned semiautomatic firearms.

She said, “I support a law that will ban ‘assault weapons.’ And just as when we banned radar detection, for example, some people turned in their devices, some people kept them and just refused to use them anymore.”

After mentioning that people were able to keep their radar detectors but were banned from using them, she then pointed out that the case could be different with weapons, saying, “Weapons are more dangerous, they are more vulnerable to misuse, and I do think in the state of Georgia we are going to have to figure out how we do this.”

Abrams then went on to restate her determination to “ban ‘assault weapons’ in the state of Georgia.”

I bet if we were able to get data, we'd find that most working class whites vote for Kemp.  I think where you'd get surprised are with wealthy whites, the top 1%.  Poor and lower educated whites would probably be more evenly divided, if they vote at all.

I think affluent blacks, especially second generation professionals would also be more evenly divided.   The Democrats are a party of the wealthy and poor.  They've completely abandoned their old base, the working class.  The Republican party which has traditionally been the party of the elites, has awkwardly embraced the working class, while still trying to maintain its appeal to corporate America.  But the Democrats are winning there.  They are alleviating the traditional burden of big businesses role in caring about the welfare of their employees, by providing or promising to provide, more governmental benefits for their employees.  They are also great at passing protectionist regulation for big business, defending them from competition, under the guise of saving the planet, or somehow protecting the masses.  The more regulation enters a business sector the harder it is for small and medium size businesses to compete.  So the uber wealthy actually don't care whose in power because both parties cater to their needs.

American politics has become very complicated over the last few decades.

Georgia is one of the most gun-friendly states in the country.  There are some anti-gunners in office here, but not nearly enough to pass anti-gun legislation.
Running on a hard anti-gun stance is not a platform that will earn you many votes.  Most of the people voting for Abrams are voting for race, gender, or free shit, not gun control.

I was looking at like 3 or 4 of the bigger name ones at once, unfortunately I cant remember who the others were but I was all "wtf, they haven't been updated in 2 hours". I watched the Fox one (or maybe Real Clear Politics) until about midnight and went to bed.

Democrat, Republican, liberal, and conservative, all have a variety of meanings depending on who you talk to.  For example, some people think Trump is a conservative, and some think the Democrats in congress are liberal.

The political lexicon has become distorted beyond all recognition.

Well what do you know

They combined 2 districts into 1 at the location where I vote 1 mile down the road

Instead of bringing the other extra machines from the other place, they only left 3 machines in the entire building

The voting that never took more than 5 minutes now takes 2 hours.  They also don’t have more than 10 machine cards.

You have to stand in line,to receive a card...then go get in the machine line

Damn stupid

There WILL NEVER be door to door gun confiscation, anywhere in the country.  Even in the states that have outlawed certain firearms haven't gone door to door.  First, that would be politically stupid, and second it would be horrifically expensive.

They just make them illegal.  Allow people a window of time to turn them in, after which they arrest and convict violators as they come across them.

If it became the law in Georgia, law enforcement would enforce the law.  Some may not like it, a few might even try to turn a blind eye once or twice.  But LEO's are lying to themselves if they think Georgia law enforcement wouldn't enforce the law.
