Typical of John Lewis' district, another black Democrat who keeps his seat based on his skin color and suppressing education and employment improvement in his district.

You know you are in his district when you see the signs that read, "This is a work free drug zone"

We didn't sow these seeds. All the liberal imports from up north and CA did and they have germinated, plenty fertile soil here thanks to the urban FSA demographics.

A higher percentage of black voters, vote for skin color.  According to the AJC Abrams has 90% support among black voters, while Kemp only has 66% support among white voters. Whites still make up a majority in Georgia, but just barely.

No one likes to talk about black racism, but even in the deep south, white voter behavior tends to be less race based than black voter behavior.

Three of us are voting tomorrow my wife and I and our cuban immigrant neighbor.

If you want to find out what communism/socialism brings, talk to her.

The polls are so close because they are all bs and designed to suppress conservatives and promote the left.  That bitch is going down big time and it won't be close.  They tried the same crap with Ossof and Handel in the 6th district congressional race and he got his ass beat by almost 4 points after spending 3 to 4 times what Handel had.

And Oprah...fu and the horse you rode in on

Very, very small piece of evidence. My counties local Facebook thread detailed how early voting is the largest in the county’s history. This county is HEAVY red with a very strong little ‘L’ libertarian bent. Now, this is only one county (albeit one of the largest in the state,) but I believe the Trump numbers in ‘16 and the Karen Handel race last year will hold. Take Karen Handel, a squishy RINO at best that beat Pelosi’s chosen Ossoff. Yes, Abrams will bring out the minority vote more no doubt but I don’t think they can overcome the rural votes and conservative Urban votes

We’ll see tomorrow....

From the local news channel:

These are the number of early voters for 2014 midterm election:

Bibb: 10,5446

Crawford: 1,092

Houston: 16,733

Jones: 2,911

Monroe: 2,523

Peach: 3,402

Twiggs: 831

All of those counties report more than double those numbers for 2018. Some even tripled their numbers of early voters.

Bibb: 26,253

Crawford: 2,769

Houston: 34,905

Jones: 7,706

Monroe: 6,983

Peach: 8,754

Twiggs: 1,767

The only one of those counties that voted blue was Bibb.  Fingers crossed.

Well, my black coworker went ahead and voted for Stacy Abrams because he liked the idea of the first Black Woman Governor.  Even though he agrees that her policies are bad he still voted that way because, "Think of the historical aspect of a black woman being a governor in Georgia."  He's a transplant from California, his father was a Reagan supporter and Republican.

Color over character.

Edit:  I work side by side with him everyday and he's a great worker with a great work ethic and get along with him well.  I told him, "I guess the Obama effect is happening again."

The same happens with Mestizo/Mulatto Latinos from Central America and Mexico. Since they are the lower castes of their home countries. They view it the way as Black Americans.

Why does everyone think GA is some conservative stronghold? The only two R governors over the last 60 years were democrats who switched parties. Trump got a smaller percent of the vote here than Romney or McCain did while running against the most hated D candidate in memory.
ETA: Plus GA has cities that are full of libs and a large black population that will vote on color alone.
