No. They still have to order through a dealer and before the deal is signed, they both have to agree on the price.

When the Challengers first came out in 2008 I saw one at my local dealer, orange with an automatic. It was $20k over sticker, sold in a week. I bought my 2010 SRT8 from them in December 2009, just under sticker with some other goodies thrown in. They cant even get a Hellcat, too small of a dealer.

Thought about buying a Hellcat Charger for my wife, really mostly for me, but they are only coming in RWD. We were looking for a replacement for her Charger in the snow out here and AWD is a must to me so no Hellcat.
