I was a little sad that I didn't get beef when I was in India. There are muslim places you can get some really Indian food with beef instead of whatever, because they don't have the same view of cows as hindu's even though they are indian themselves. I heard it was off the chain good but we didn't end up making it to any of those places This ended up being a sort of Mexican/Indian fusion thing which was pretty good, but not on the menu if I'm craving chili.
