I’ve only smoked one Gurkha, it was the “Beauty”. The whole cigar was squishy and the draw was so loose, it was as if I I weren’t smoking anything at all. As for the taste... I’d liken to pine straw wrapped in a Connecticut wrapper. Truly the worst cigar I’ve ever smoked. Swisher Sweets and Black and Milds are Beluga caviar compared to that piece of crap! NEVER AGAIN!!!
So do yourself a favor OP, look up some of AJ Fernandez’s offerings like his Diesel, or Ave Maria lines. I’ve never had a bad stick. Smoke an Ave Maria Reconquista when you want to celebrate a really special occasion. You certainly won’t regret it. -bru |
